The Binance Wallet team is developing a decentralized counterpart to Binance CEX, including:

• Self-custody wallets
• Decentralized exchange (DEX)
• Decentralized Earn products
• On-chain infrastructure
• This Web3 initiative gives users full control over assets and enables cross-chain token trading.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with users on Telegram, forums, and chat groups to answer questions and moderate discussions.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and key community stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze community feedback to guide product development and marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams on community-driven initiatives.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, from strategy to performance measurement.
• Experiment with new content formats, creatives, and channels for community growth.
• Organize campaigns, contests, and programs to activate KOLs and drive engagement.

📌 Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year in blockchain/Web3 community or operations roles.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of cryptocurrency terms, trends, and culture.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with on-chain trading and self-custody wallet platforms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard hours to engage global communities.
• Skills: Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
