About the Role:

Binance is seeking a Compliance EDD/High Risk Client Analyst to join its global compliance team. The role focuses on conducting enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk clients, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT standards and regulatory requirements across the regions Binance operates in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EDD reviews on high-risk customers.
• Assess if customer transaction activities match their business nature.
• Conduct risk assessments for both new and existing clients.
• Lead projects aimed at improving EDD processes and frameworks.
• Stay updated on global EDD standards (e.g., FATF) and local regulations.
• Offer AML/CFT expertise to support internal stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve high-risk customer escalations from first-line business units.
• Draft and update policies, procedures, programs, training materials, and impact analyses.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of corporate due diligence experience.
• Experience dealing with complex beneficial ownership structures.
• Solid knowledge of global licensing requirements for financial services and crypto-related businesses.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT frameworks and sanctions risks.
• Certifications like ACAMS, ACFCS, or similar are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
