Role Overview

The Compliance QA Analyst will support Binance’s mission to ensure regulatory integrity by maintaining and enhancing the Quality Assurance framework across AML/CFT-related workstreams. This role is pivotal in upholding the quality of operations for KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening, while fostering consistency and regulatory alignment across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of the QA framework across compliance operations.
• Conduct QA testing on KYC alerts (retail & corporate), transaction monitoring, and sanctions workflows to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify and assess AML red flags, perform enhanced due diligence, and support trigger-based risk reviews.
• Partner with global compliance teams to resolve discrepancies in QA findings and improve operational efficiency.
• Generate error trend reports, build training materials, and conduct sessions to address recurring issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative compliance solutions.
• Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) reports to track compliance KPIs.
• Participate in AML/CFT and related training programs, staying current on evolving regulations and standards.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support compliance QA goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, or Investigations (retail or corporate).
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT laws, compliance processes, and global regulatory expectations.
• Prior Quality Assurance experience in compliance operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify risk, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like World-Check, Chainalysis, Elliptic, etc.
• Understanding of local laws, crypto compliance frameworks, and upcoming virtual asset regulations is highly advantageous.
