About the Role:

Binance is seeking a Data Scientist to join its Compliance team. In this role, you'll leverage data science to enhance compliance monitoring, assess risk, and ensure regulatory efficiency across KYC, sanctions, and transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply data science methods to evaluate and mitigate compliance risks
• Analyze transactional and KYC data to deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and dashboards for system monitoring
• Present findings and proposals to senior stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of compliance operations through data

Requirements:

• 5+ years in compliance or risk analytics with solid KYC and transaction monitoring knowledge
• Strong SQL and Python skills; capable of building dashboards
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Experience creating technical documentation and visual reports
• Team player with strong ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments
