🔍 Job Description

We are looking for a Consumer L&D Lead to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and evaluating training programs for our Consumer Support team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer experiences. The role involves overseeing training initiatives for new hire onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, and ongoing performance improvement efforts within the consumer department.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Training Projects: Design and develop curricula, lead training initiatives, manage program deployment, measure success, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Analyze Metrics: Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs related to completion rates, confidence, learning application, and business performance metrics.
• Program Quality: Align training programs with Coinbase’s Customer Focus philosophy to provide top-notch onboarding and continuous education.
• Create Training Assets: Maintain eLearning courses, video content, instructor-led resources, and other training materials.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with various internal teams to scope training projects, gather feedback, and support ongoing training efforts.
• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple training projects simultaneously, managing all aspects, including scoping, resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
• Utilize Tools: Work with tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Docebo LMS, Jira, Looker, Slack, Asana, Adobe Premiere, and more.

• Experience: 5+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills with a focus on soft skills development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in instructional design and using e-learning tools and learning management systems.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
