Position: Content Moderator

Team: Binance Square (social + content platform inside Binance app)

Location: On-site – Kuala Lumpur

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5-day week, rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Binance Square is Binance's in-app Web3 content and social media hub, featuring curated news, insights, and thought leadership from crypto creators, enthusiasts, and media. It’s designed to personalize user feeds based on engagement—essentially a Web3-native social platform.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Moderate and review content on Binance Square, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Regularly check flagged content or reported sections, assess risks, and escalate where needed.
• Formulate and update content moderation guidelines to maintain a safe and engaging user experience.
• Work with Ops, Product, CS, and UX teams to continuously optimize the content ecosystem.
• Provide feedback and assist in admin and frontend product improvements.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed by the Manager.

✅ Requirements

• Fluent in English (essential); Mandarin fluency is a plus (to handle Chinese-language content).
• Familiarity with crypto, Web3, and blockchain trends and communities.
• Awareness of regional cultural, political, and linguistic nuances.
• High tolerance for stress, strong sense of responsibility, and good judgment.
• A quick learner with strong logic and proactive problem-solving skills.
