About the Role

📌 Job Title: Content Writer

📌 Location: Remote

📌 Salary: $67,000 - $77,000 annually (depending on experience, skills, and location)

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and create game-related content and training materials
• Develop clear, concise, and high-quality documentation
• Collaborate with global teams to document tools, APIs, processes, and workflows
• Write player support content and agent training materials
• Edit content provided by partners, players, and the community
• Align content strategy with business goals and data-driven insights

Requirements

✔ 1-2 years of experience with Zendesk

✔ 1-2 years of experience with SharePoint

✔ 1-2 years of experience in game-related content or training

✔ Experience developing customer support, knowledge base, and training content (not marketing content)
