Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Copy Operation Specialist to manage relationships with top-tier copy traders and enhance the copy trading experience. This role plays a key part in optimizing user satisfaction, driving product growth, and ensuring operational excellence in the contract trading space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top copy traders, understand their needs, and improve loyalty
• Coordinate with internal tech teams to resolve trader issues promptly
• Analyze and prioritize copy trading feature improvements
• Identify product growth opportunities within the contract trading ecosystem
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product enhancements
• Support risk control design and optimize abnormal trading monitoring systems

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in crypto operations, especially in copy trading, contract operations, or business ops
• Strong understanding of centralized exchanges and digital asset trading
• Deep knowledge of blockchain and contract trading mechanisms
• Excellent communication skills and client service mindset
