Role Overview

We’re hiring a Core Blockchain Developer with 4–5 years of experience, specializing in Golang and Rust. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining core blockchain infrastructure that supports high-performance, secure, and decentralized systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop core blockchain components such as consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, cryptographic functions, and smart contract runtimes.
• Work with Golang and Rust to build secure, efficient, and scalable modules.
• Optimize protocol-level code for performance and security.
• Collaborate with researchers, architects, and security experts to shape protocol-level decisions.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems.
• Contribute to open-source blockchain projects and stay up to date with evolving standards.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in systems-level programming.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Rust.
• In-depth understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and P2P networking.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining blockchain protocols or layer-1/layer-2 solutions.
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
• Experience with open-source contributions is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of EVM-based or Substrate-based blockchains.
• Experience with zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, or interoperability protocols.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
