💼 Your Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to:

• Conduct market research & shape company/product strategy
• Lead M&A and strategic investments from sourcing to integration
• Analyze competitors & market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional executives on high-impact projects
• Build relationships with startups, investors & industry players
• Continuously improve internal processes & support team growth

✅ Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, consulting, corp dev, PE, or strategic finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
• Deep curiosity and drive to understand crypto & emerging tech
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

• Proven success working with execs in fast-moving environments
• Deal negotiation & closing experience
