Title: Corporate Development Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, with required in-person offsites)

Salary Range: $194K – $228.2K (plus bonus, equity, and benefits)

Function: Strategic M&A, Investments, and Partnerships

Team: Corporate Development & Ventures

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to:

• Drive end-to-end M&A and strategic investment processes
• Analyze markets and competition to shape company strategy
• Cultivate external relationships (startups, VCs, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with execs to implement strategic initiatives
• Improve team processes and contribute to hiring

🎯 Required Background

• 6+ years of experience in:
• Investment banking, consulting, corporate development, private equity, or strategic finance
• BA/BS degree
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High intellectual curiosity about crypto/blockchain
• High-performance mindset and comfort with intensity

🌟 Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Background in financial services, digital assets, or consumer internet
• Deal negotiation/closing experience
• Experience in high-growth tech or crypto-native environments
