🎯 Role Overview

You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting efforts to support corporate hiring needs (Customer Support, Compliance, Ops, etc.) as part of Binance’s global expansion.

This is a remote, 6-month contract (extension not guaranteed), and you're not required to be in Singapore, as long as you work within APAC time zones.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, onboarding.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize recruitment workflows.
• Lead or support HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain structured, timely updates in recruiting databases.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines via:
• Networking
• University outreach
• Job fairs
• Ongoing candidate engagement

✅ Requirements

• 3–6+ years in recruitment (preferably in top-tier tech firms or agencies).
• Experience hiring for corporate/business roles (CS, Ops, Compliance, etc.).
• Web3/Crypto hiring background is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in modern sourcing/selection tools and strategies.
• Proven success in meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A positive attitude toward crypto is preferred.
