About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter to support Binance’s global expansion, focusing on corporate and business function hiring including Customer Support, Compliance, Operations, and other business-critical roles.

This is a remote, full-time, 6-month contract role. While extension may be possible, it is not guaranteed. Candidates may be based anywhere within the APAC time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to improve hiring processes.
• Drive or contribute to internal HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment systems and databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and proactive outreach.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally from top-tier tech companies or agencies.
• Experience recruiting for corporate/business functions in Web3/Crypto is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in modern sourcing and selection tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines independently.
• Positive outlook on crypto and interest in the blockchain industry.
