🎯 About the Role: Corporate Recruiter (Business & Volume Hiring)

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate business units and high-volume roles (Customer Support, Sales, BD), while optimizing processes and partnering with business leaders to align hiring with Binance’s strategic growth.

✅ Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage hiring processes across multiple business lines
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align recruitment goals
• Market Intelligence: Analyze talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
• Process Improvement: Drive efficient sourcing strategies and mentor junior recruiters

👤 Who You Are

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proven success in high-volume hiring and corporate/business function recruitment
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 recruitment is a plus
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence
