Role Overview

Binance is looking for a strategic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter with experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. This role will involve driving talent acquisition strategies for corporate/business functions and high-volume hirings.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and execute hiring strategies to meet headcount needs across multiple business lines.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Process Optimization: Enhance sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment operations, and coach junior recruiters.

Who You Are

• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in hiring for corporate/business functions or high-volume roles (e.g., Customer Support, Sales, BD).
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Crypto/Web3 experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the specified country.
