📝 Job Summary

The Country Tax Business Partner will ensure TikTok’s compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations, support audits, provide tax advisory, and build tax processes across cross-border and domestic activities. This role requires a strong background in taxation and accounting, with excellent stakeholder communication skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Monitor entity transactions to ensure timely and accurate BIR tax filings
• Manage tax audit investigations and support documentary preparations
• Identify tax risks and recommend appropriate mitigation plans
• Provide advice on tax implications of cross-border and local transactions
• Construct and improve tax compliance policies and procedures
• Analyze the impact of new tax updates on the business
• Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve tax-related issues

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax and accounting experience in both corporate and professional service environments
• Certified CPA and CTT (Certified Tax Technician)
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Tax Laws & BIR regulations
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
