Lead Binance's global branded video content strategy, shaping how the company is seen, heard, and experienced in crypto, Web3, and beyond. From short-form explainers to long-form campaigns, you'll bring Binance’s storytelling to life with editorial precision and creative impact.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Creative & Editorial Direction

• Own the end-to-end creative process: concept, scriptwriting, execution
• Develop narrative frameworks and creative treatments for all video formats
• Ensure brand consistency across visual, verbal, and editorial outputs

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with writers, designers, motion graphics, producers, agencies
• Align with product marketing, comms, and global/regional teams
• Scale storytelling globally through external partnerships and in-house talent

🚀 Innovation & Growth

• Champion platform-first content thinking and new storytelling formats
• Explore 3D motion, AI-enhanced workflows, and emerging creative tech
• Drive efficiency + quality in the creative process

🧑‍💼 Leadership & Quality Control

• Lead a small team of cross-functional creatives
• Maintain high standards in storytelling, brand identity, and production
• Guide script development, treatments, and post-production deliverables

✅ Requirements:

• 10+ years in creative/content leadership roles (brand, editorial, video)
• Strong writing and content strategy foundation
• Proven record leading multi-format content production at scale
• Comfortable across verbal + visual development, including editing
• Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and external vendors
• Background in crypto, fintech, or complex tech industries is a plus
• Familiarity with 3D, motion graphics, or AI-driven workflows is a strong advantage
