• Identify and recruit global crypto creators and manage onboarding
• Develop and execute creator engagement and retention strategies
• Manage portfolio of high-impact creators; track community growth metrics

• Collaborate with creators for AMA sessions, interviews, and initiatives
• Stay current with crypto trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing
• Strong understanding or involvement in the crypto creator community
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and form strategies
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a remote team
• Up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices in crypto/Web3
