Role Summary

We’re looking for a Crypto Community Manager with 3–4 years of experience to take ownership of our community engagement and growth initiatives. This is a fully remote role, open globally, for someone who lives and breathes crypto, understands the dynamics of online communities, and can be the bridge between our brand and the wider Web3 audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our online presence across platforms including Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and more.
• Engage daily with community members, responding to questions, sharing updates, and nurturing conversations.
• Launch and moderate community events such as AMAs, giveaways, and partnership campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and community needs.
• Monitor sentiment and feedback from the community and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines to foster a safe, inclusive, and value-driven environment.
• Track community KPIs and report on growth, engagement, and feedback trends.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience managing crypto or Web3 communities.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the Web3 space.
• Proven experience growing and managing communities across major crypto platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Familiarity with community tools like Discord bots, community analytics tools, and Telegram integrations.
