Location:

City Walk, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies
• Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and campaigns
• Work closely with sales to maintain a strong lead pipeline
• Monitor and report key performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Self-driven, organized, and proactive
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
