Overview:
The Customer Executive (CE) acts as PepsiCo’s frontline leader in the market, managing one or more distributors. The role focuses on executing joint business plans, driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and improving field sales capabilities while ensuring compliance with PepsiCo standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Execution:
- Achieve monthly secondary sales and revenue targets
- Improve market coverage by expanding outlet reach and SKU availability
- Ensure stock visibility and planogram compliance
- Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance customer satisfaction
Sales Team Management:
- Coach and train PSRs on market execution and sales techniques
- Set and track individual targets
- Monitor performance using sales reports and dashboards
- Drive motivation through incentive communication
Distributor Operations:
- Appoint and manage distributors/hubs/spokes
- Ensure distributor ROI, compliance, and adherence to business plans
- Minimize expiries through FIFO and inventory control
- Oversee timely and accurate deliveries
- Support development and capability building of distribution partners
Qualifications & Competencies:
Education & Experience:
- Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales & distribution
Knowledge:
- FMCG sales and distribution models
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Working knowledge of ROI modeling and data analysis
- Local language skills (preferred) and basic English
Skills:

- Strong execution and organizational skills
