Role Overview:
The Customer Experience Advocate is the first point of contact for Alchemy’s community, especially through critical channels like Discord and online platforms like Twitter. You’ll play a key role in gathering customer feedback, assisting with technical issues, and helping shape the product roadmap by working closely with customers and various teams across Alchemy. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who understands the needs of developers and wants to foster an engaged, supportive community.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries from growth and free-tier users on Discord.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, accounts, Alchemy APIs, SDKs, and core RPC services.
- Onboard new users, helping them familiarize themselves with the platform.
- Review and debug users' code, providing technical feedback and solutions.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience, focusing on improving the Discord experience.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams, including the documentation team and product teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- A computer science degree or software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of technical concepts, with programming skills in at least one programming language.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fast learner with a passion for technology, blockchain, and crypto.
- Experience with blockchain technology is a significant plus.
- Experience founding a company or building side projects is a plus.
