🚀 Role Overview

This role is focused on developing and scaling loyalty-focused products to drive engagement and retention within Coinbase's consumer crypto ecosystem. You’ll own large, complex product areas, manage high-impact roadmaps, and work cross-functionally across technical and business teams.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: launch, iterate, sunset
• Define and drive multi-year strategies and roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across regions and teams
• Identify, evaluate, and validate new product opportunities
• Prioritize initiatives to balance business goals with user needs
• Deliver holistic user experiences that transcend org silos

✅ Key Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, ideally in consumer tech or fintech
• 3+ years owning products from idea to launch
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, eng, marketing, data)
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership influence
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-team products
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Genuine passion for crypto, Web3, and Coinbase’s mission
