📞 Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to Portuguese and English-speaking customers. This is a frontline phone support position, perfect for professionals with customer service experience who thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound & outbound phone communications with existing and potential customers.
• Understand and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Accurately update customer records and recommend relevant services or solutions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service.
• Meet and exceed team and personal KPIs.
• Uphold the company's communication standards, policies, and values.

✅ Job Requirements

• Based in Bulgaria
• Minimum 1 year of phone support experience in Portuguese
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High levels of integrity, motivation, and empathy
• Interest in fintech or crypto is a plus, but not mandatory
