🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound support (chat, email, calls) for P2P marketplace.
- Provide accurate responses and resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Follow internal quality standards and shift schedules.
- Help with team and process improvement tasks.
- Stay updated on Binance services and crypto trends.
✅ Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in customer support (preferably in fintech or financial services).
- Strong English communication skills (other languages are a plus).
- Multitasking & time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours (night, weekends, public holidays).
- Fast and stable internet (at least 5 Mbps).
- Knowledge or interest in blockchain/P2P/crypto is a plus.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
