• Provide clear and accurate solutions to users' issues.
• Stay updated on platform features and P2P processes.
• Escalate serious issues to team leads or technical teams.
• Follow quality and schedule standards.
• Support additional tasks or projects as assigned.
• Contribute positively to a team-based environment.

✅ Requirements:

• 2–3 years of customer service experience (preferably in finance or tech).
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages = bonus).
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Fast internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps).
• Experience or interest in crypto, blockchain, or fintech preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments.
