Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative at Gate (Remote, APAC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide text-based customer support via email and chat.
- Assist users with platform-related issues and inquiries.
- Deliver professional product consultation services.
- Calm and guide customers to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Report customer feedback to relevant teams for optimization.
- Keep users informed about platform and product updates.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong customer service orientation; prior support experience preferred.
- Team-oriented with strong execution, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Minimum 1 year of bilingual (Chinese-English) customer service experience in crypto, securities, or finance.
- Background in financial sectors (stocks, futures) is a plus.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts:
- 09:00–18:00
- 15:00–24:00
- 24:00–09:00 (GMT+8)
