Job Overview
Customer Service is central to Binanceās user-centric mission. This role involves providing timely and accurate support to users via ticketing systems and live chat platforms. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Mandarin and have a proactive, solutions-driven attitude with a passion for crypto and blockchain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 customer support via back-office ticketing systems and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through email and other communication tools.
- Liaise with internal business units to document customer feedback and support requests accurately.
- Manage special customer cases and ad-hoc service tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Education: College degree or higher.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle night/rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude toward blockchain and the crypto space.
