Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Binance, you will be a vital part of our client-facing team, providing exceptional support to our users. You will help ensure a top-quality customer experience by responding to inquiries quickly, offering accurate information, and maintaining high service standards across multiple communication channels, including live chat and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume live chat and other online communication tools to assist customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information on customer queries.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent experience.
- Support other business units with customer liaison and ensure accurate documentation of customer requests.
- Manage customer complaints, provide solutions and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Engage with customers and go the extra mile to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and advanced proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry.
- Strong honesty, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work different shifts, including night shifts.
- A positive attitude toward the crypto industry.
