We’re looking for an empathetic, tech-savvy, and proactive Customer Support Agent II to deliver world-class support for our high-value customers navigating the ever-evolving world of crypto and Web3.

🧭 Your Mission:

• Be the voice of Coinbase, resolving customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Provide swift, thoughtful, and accurate resolutions on the first contact
• Troubleshoot issues, log defects, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
• Educate users on staking, self-custody, Web3 features, and crypto security
• Be an internal advocate for customers—surface insights to drive product and support improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts and tech teams
• Stay ahead of the curve on product updates and crypto trends to guide users effectively

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support (bonus: crypto, fintech, or high-value accounts)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with support tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Amazon Connect)
• Basic understanding of crypto, staking, ROI, wallets, and Web3 ecosystems
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and own the customer journey
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, India
