About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP):

This is a fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 space. It offers a unique opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the leading blockchain ecosystem, with a focus on networking and professional development.

Who May Apply:

Current university students who can commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cryptocurrency trading analysis and identify potential trading opportunities on Centralized (CEX) and Decentralized (DEX) Exchanges.
• Analyze the performance and impact of new product features, using data to drive optimization.
• Monitor key operating indicators, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Maintain internal dashboards and tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support business teams with data requests and manage communication around those needs.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student with strong data and business analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including for documentation and presentations.
• Prior internship experience in cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companies is highly preferred.
• A keen interest in crypto trading and Web3.
