About the Role

You’ll design and deploy AI agent systems that automate tasks in fraud detection, risk monitoring, customer support, and decision-making. This includes developing agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, safety guardrails, and deployment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems for operational workflows
• Design RAG pipelines and manage vector databases
• Implement safety and compliance frameworks for agents
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, A/B testing, and monitoring tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt agent solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years in machine learning or AI system development
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen)
• Proficient in Python; experience with tools like FastAPI, Celery, or Ray is a plus
• Hands-on with RAG, vector databases, and real-time data systems
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LLM fine-tuning
• Background in big data tools and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science or related field
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
