About the Role

This role combines quantitative finance, machine learning, and natural language understanding (NLU). You will design and deploy AI agents using LLMs to power intelligent systems for trading signals, search, automation, and deep analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build core modules of LLM-based AI agent systems (task planning, memory, tools, workflows)
• Develop multi-agent platforms for complex business use cases
• Implement RAG, vector search, and function-calling for contextual understanding
• Build automated evaluation/testing systems for agent performance
• Apply AI agents to domains like trading, data engineering, and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Math, Stats, or related field
• Solid understanding of LLMs and Transformer architectures
• Experience with at least 2 agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Skilled in RAG and vector databases (Milvus, FAISS)
• Familiar with modules like Tool Use, Memory, and Task Planning
• Strong in Python/Java; knowledge of client-server and MCP protocols
