Job Title: Data Scientist – LLM (Customer Service)
Location: Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Binance is looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to optimize customer service scheduling using Large Language Models (LLMs). You will research and implement advanced AI algorithms and design scalable LLM/RAG frameworks tailored to real-world customer service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and apply algorithms to enhance customer service scheduling systems
- Leverage business knowledge to drive impactful AI solutions
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs to extract insights and support decision-making
- Design and optimize prompts for LLMs to generate accurate, relevant outputs
- Build scalable LLM/RAG frameworks focused on operational efficiency and innovation
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- 3+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in LLMs
- Proficient in Python or Java, with experience in ML and NLP libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, SpaCy)
- Strong understanding of customer service scheduling processes
- Prior project experience in customer service or related domains
