Overview

Join a global team responsible for building and maintaining deployment tools that support IMC’s engineering and trading teams. This role focuses on creating scalable, reliable, and high-performance software, with direct impact on global development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributed applications (primarily in Go)
• Own full service lifecycle: design, build, deploy, operate, and improve
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones
• Implement tools to streamline deployment, testing, and operational workflows
• Support systems during Amsterdam business hours
• Focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience

Required Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Go experience is a strong plus
