Role Overview

As Deputy Spot Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of Binance's Spot trading business, working closely with cross-functional teams to scale product adoption, improve KPIs, and optimize operations. Your leadership will directly impact Binance’s market position and user experience in the core exchange business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Spot Market Growth: Own and grow Binance’s spot trading market share by identifying key opportunities and executing growth strategies
• Strategic Planning: Leverage deep understanding of market trends and user behavior to develop roadmaps and business strategies
• KPI Tracking & Insights: Define, monitor, and improve performance metrics using data analysis
• Operational Excellence: Develop a high-efficiency daily operation system to support business scaling
• Product and Tools: Partner with product and engineering teams to optimize internal tools and user-facing features
• Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Business Units to align on strategic objectives and outcomes

Requirements

• 
  
• 8–10 years of experience in the financial or crypto industry, with hands-on exposure to trading, partnerships, or strategy
• Deep understanding of trading strategy and blockchain products
• Ability to lead client discussions, support sales, and influence product or business unit outcomes
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and also guide team members
• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and logical thinking
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and execution capabilities
