🛠 Role Overview

Join the high-performance Derivatives Operations team at Binance and help shape the next generation of financial products. As a Derivatives Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution, settlement, and optimization of Binance’s derivatives liquidity operations, collaborating across finance, product, and tech.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cash flow settlements, reconciliations, and clearing with trading counterparts.
• Manage and monitor Binance’s automated hedging systems, intervening manually when required.
• Oversee margin and collateral processes while maintaining tight risk and control measures.
• Analyze and report on trading performance and related metrics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Dev, Finance, Legal, Product) to support new initiatives.
• Draft business requirements for new derivative products or system enhancements.
• Work on ad hoc operational tasks, including settlement and fund movement support.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in either traditional finance or Web3.
• Strong with numbers, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with derivatives trading or margin products is highly preferred.
• SQL or Python knowledge is a plus for data analysis and automation.
• Previous experience in settlement, reconciliation, or treasury operations is valuable.
• Comfortable working across global teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
