📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cashflow settlement, reconciliation, and clearing with counterparties
• Monitor automated hedging systems and manually intervene when needed
• Manage margin and collateral, reduce margin call risks, and optimize efficiency
• Analyze trade performance, prepare reports, and generate insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Dev, Finance, Clearing, Legal, Product
• Write business requirements for new products or framework enhancements
• Use performance data to identify optimization and growth opportunities
• Provide operational and fund management support as needed

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–5 years experience in finance or Web3 industries
• Detail-oriented, strong with numbers, excellent communication skills
• Experience in derivatives or a similar operations role is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Python and SQL is a strong plus
