🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll own and improve infrastructure in a large-scale, mission-critical production environment:

• Design and automate tools for operational efficiency
• Lead architecture improvements and process optimizations
• Solve and prevent production issues (with root cause analysis)
• Manage CI/CD automation, scaling, and deployment workflows
• Build infrastructure using tools like Terraform, SaltStack, Ansible
• Secure systems and maintain high uptime & resilience
• Collaborate with Dev and QA teams during migrations or system upgrades

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles
• Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS and GCP
• Experience managing distributed systems at scale
• Strong scripting in Python, Go, or similar
• Familiar with SaltStack, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Docker
• Proficient in Linux systems administration and networking
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

💡 Bonus Qualities (Not Required but Helpful)

• Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
• Background in financial services, trading platforms, or Web3
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices
• Track record of improving observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
