💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IBM’s global careers website content.
• Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to edit/publish web content.
• Track and analyze website performance and campaign data.

• Implement SEO best practices for visibility and discoverability.
• Apply IBM’s Carbon Design System to ensure consistent branding and UI.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to AEM or email platforms.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing or web content management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS (troubleshooting & minor edits).
• CRM experience (email campaign building, performance tracking).
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
