The team ensures regulatory integrity and risk management across CoinDCX’s crypto operations. It creates robust systems for AML, KYC, and policy compliance.

✅ Role Requirements

• Master’s degree with 10–12 years in compliance/AML, ideally in financial services
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and DeFi
• Experience in fintech operations and regulatory environments
• Quick adaptability to fast-paced ecosystems

📌 Responsibilities

• Design and implement legal, compliance, and policy frameworks
• Build AML, KYC, and risk control systems for products like margin, lending, and derivatives
• Strengthen compliance tools, metrics, and reporting processes
• Act as Alternate Principal Officer for FIU, handling regulatory and law enforcement interactions
• Lead investigations, risk escalations, and resolution strategies
• Collaborate across teams to grow the compliance function
