What You’ll Do

• Build & Lead: Assemble and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and excellence.
• Define Strategy: Craft the product marketing vision for Discord’s ads portfolio, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
• Drive Go-To-Market: Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and scale advertising products.
• Elevate Brand Presence: Spearhead thought leadership, industry partnerships, and content strategies to establish Discord as a leader in gaming and digital advertising.
• Enable Sales: Equip sales teams with compelling narratives, insights, and tools to drive advertiser success.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 12+ years in product marketing, with 6+ years in leadership (ads/mobile/gaming experience preferred).

✔ Deep expertise in digital advertising, ad tech, and performance marketing.

✔ Exceptional storyteller with a track record of driving business growth.

✔ Thrives in ambiguity—excited to build processes and scale a new business.

✔ Experience managing large budgets and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
