🔹 Job Title: Director of Partner Marketing

• Location: San Francisco, CA (US-based candidates only)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $300,000–$337,500 base + equity and benefits

🔹 Role Summary:

You’ll lead the creation and execution of strategic partner marketing initiatives—including identifying key gaming and tech partners, designing joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, and building internal systems and teams for long-term success. You’ll act as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale Discord’s Partner Marketing function
• Develop strategic partnerships with gaming publishers, platforms, and technology providers
• Craft and launch GTM strategies and co-marketing campaigns
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners’ marketing teams
• Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, PR, sales, etc.
• Stay up to date with trends in gaming and digital marketing

🔹 What They’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in marketing (5+ in partnership marketing, ideally in gaming or entertainment)
• Proven success building new partner marketing functions/programs
• Deep knowledge of the gaming landscape (PC, console, mobile)
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with budgeting and co-marketing negotiations
• Leadership experience building and managing a high-performing team
