🎯 About the Role: Dispute Analyst – P2P
As a Dispute Analyst, you'll be on the frontlines of Binance’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platform, resolving disputes, protecting users from fraud, and ensuring a safe and trustworthy trading experience.
✅ Responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and arbitrate P2P customer disputes
- Fraud Prevention: Monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer to inform product and process improvements
- Data Analysis: Use root cause analytics to improve service delivery
- Feedback & Development: Provide coaching and insights internally to improve customer experience
- Survey Monitoring: Track and report customer satisfaction trends
👤 Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing or customer service experience
- Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and digital tools
- Strong written communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, or P2P trading is a plus
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
- Active Binance P2P user preferred
