Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve P2P trading disputes
• Investigate transactions and prevent fraud
• Provide customer insights to improve processes
• Act as the voice of the customer across teams
• Share learnings from complaints internally
• Support customer service development and training

Requirements:

• 1+ year in customer-facing or service roles
• Strong written communication and IT skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time
• Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and P2P is a plus
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and irregular shifts
• Binance P2P user preferred
