Responsibilities

• Arbitrate customer disputes in the P2P market, ensuring professionalism and fairness.
• Investigate trading activities and take actions to prevent fraudulent behavior, ensuring the safety of the marketplace.
• Develop and maintain a customer service culture that meets business goals and objectives.
• Use Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to recommend product improvements.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization, advocating for the user’s perspective.
• Provide feedback through 1:1s, personal development plans, and coaching/development opportunities.
• Conduct customer and complainant surveys regularly to gather real-time feedback on customer experience.
• Share learnings from complaints across the organization, contractors, and partners.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills to handle technical queries from customers.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong listening ability.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big advantage.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with international partners. Additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts.
• A Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
