What You Will Do

Card Dispute Operations

• Review cardholder complaints about payments (disputes).
• Check the facts and decide whether the dispute is valid.
• Talk to cardholders to gather more information.
• Work with partners to solve issues on time.
• Keep detailed records of each dispute case.
• Make sure all disputes are handled before deadlines.
• Report any signs of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Help create clear instructions (SOPs) for these processes.

Compliance Operations

• Watch merchant activity and report anything unusual.
• Look at data to make sure it follows rules and standards.
• Write internal reports about suspicious activity.
• Help with projects to improve how we follow compliance rules, especially for payments and cards.

• 1–4 years of work experience (card/payment work is a plus).
• Experience with payments or card systems.
