💼 About the Role:

This position focuses on Binance Earn—specifically Dual Currency products and BTC yield solutions. The goal is to drive revenue, adoption, and market share in Binance’s structured finance offerings for both retail and institutional clients.

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Binance Earn products—particularly Dual Currency and BTC-focused offerings.
• Identify and onboard institutional clients and strategic partners.
• Lead sales presentations, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and ops to ensure product-market fit and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts in the yield-generating crypto product space.
• Support the broader team by sharing insights and driving performance.

✅ Requirements:

• Strong understanding of crypto markets, structured products, and digital asset yield strategies (especially Dual Currency investments and BTC products).
• Excellent client-facing skills: communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation.
• Demonstrated business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Top degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in crypto trading, asset management, DeFi, or Web3 financial services is a strong plus.
