Earn - Staking Specialist

🧾 Job Overview:

As a Staking Specialist on Binance’s Earn team, your core mission will be to:

• Operate and optimize on-chain staking products
• Monitor protocol performance
• Launch innovative staking-related offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product success and market competitiveness

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

1. Staking Product Operations

• Operate and monitor on-chain staking mechanisms
• Ensure product stability and performance
• Optimize operations based on protocol changes and market shifts

2. Market Research & Product Innovation

• Analyze DeFi trends, staking protocols, and financial innovations
• Design new product solutions to stay ahead of the competition

3. Data Analysis

• Monitor performance metrics (TVL, APR, user engagement)
• Translate insights into UX improvements and strategic decisions

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with internal teams (engineering, finance, compliance) to drive initiatives
• Manage timelines and product delivery

✅ Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

• 3+ years in Web3 or DeFi, ideally in product, operations, or research
• Deep understanding of staking, blockchain protocols, tokenomics, and validator economics
• Experience with or knowledge of financial products is a bonus

Preferred Skills

• Technical background (e.g., in computer science or engineering)
• Experience with staking product design or operation
• Strong data analysis capabilities (Excel, SQL, dashboards)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to fast-paced blockchain developments
