Job Description:

The CX Compliance Team is responsible for ensuring the global compliance operations run efficiently and meet regulatory requirements. As an EDD Quality Compliance Analyst III, you will oversee end-to-end investigations for customers, conduct investigative reviews, and support the company’s BSA/AML regulatory compliance policies. You will work independently to drive continuous improvement in compliance handling, focusing on the investigation of customer transactions, KYC, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough EDD/KYC compliance investigations, reviewing transaction activity and gathering supporting evidence from external systems.
• Analyze automated alerts and referrals from law enforcement to identify suspicious activities.
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to industry regulations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, and KYC policies.
• Document investigative findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality assurance.
• Adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and regulatory changes to ensure the company meets all compliance requirements.
• Support in a 24/7 environment, potentially including weekend and night shifts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, crypto, legal, or investigations, with a focus on EDD/KYC, compliance, or regulatory matters.
• Experience in quality review and developing control frameworks for investigations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while prioritizing tasks.

Nice to Haves:

• Professional certification in AML or Fraud (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE).
• Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience (CX).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Hummingbird, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with external outsource business partners.
